1. Never leave your children unattended
in the tub. Even for a moment.
2. It is a bad idea to place the grand piano on the main level, directly
below the children's bathroom.

Jason asked, "what happened?"
Simple.
Two children ...
Making tidal waves ...
In the tub ...
Waves crested ...
Over the side of the tub ...
On to the floor ...
Through the floor ...
And into the Grand Piano below.

My brother and I would routinely flood the basement. :) Children and water should generally not be combined without supervision. ;)

I hope your piano survived.

I often leave 5 of my kids in the bath for a few minutes at a time ... but then (a) I have a concrete floor, (b) a single story house, and (c) no grand piano.

Eric,
Looking from the glass half full perspective it could have been so much worse! Just think, if Toshiba had offered same day delivery on your shiny new Tecra M4 Tablet PC and you had carefully placed it atop said Grand Piano whilst putting delightful kids in the bath…………………..!!!!! (or have you ordered the waterproofing option on the Tosh too ;-)
