G'Day Eric and Dave.
If you've got time next week, I'd love it if you could find the time to drop by BP306 - "How to sell Lotus Notes to your users" on Monday afternoon @ 15:45. Besides wanting to meet you guys - the whole purpose of my submission for 'Sphere and subsequent session @ #LS10 is exactly as you have identified - MOST users have no idea how POWERFUL Notes IS, even without your tool.
I would love to collaborate with you on this, since - as you have identified - "Outlook Envy" is not only misguided; it's totally unwarranted, as long as users have an idea of what the software they use is capable of.
Look forward to catching up at some time next week.
