The PMC WeatherCone is easy to use and always has the up-to-the-minute weather conditions.

Here's how it works:
Step 1: Click on the image above to display the latest image
       
Step 2: Observe the WeatherCone for moisture.  If it looks...
dry and easy to see        Clear, Fair Weather.
partially shadowed        It's sunny.
wet on top and dry on the bottom        It's Sprinkling.
wet, and easy to see        It's raining. Get your poncho.
dripping wet on all sides        Its a downpour. Too late for poncho.
milky                                Its foggy, be careful.
wet and milky                        Its foggy and raining.
white and hard to see        Its snowing.
iced & wet & easy to see        Its sleeting
dry, and hard to see                Its Night, go to bed.
like its floating in water        It's a flood. Move to higher ground.

Step 3: Observe the WeatherCone for motion.  If it is...

not moving                        Light breeze (0-3 MPH).
moving slightly                 Mild wind (4-10 MPH).
moving in a small arc        Wind (11 to 20 MPH).
moving in a medium arc        21 to 40 MPH, gusts to 50 MPH.
bouncing up and down        We are experiencing an earthquake, please refresh page in a few minutes.
