Interesting but is he an unbiased observer? A quick look at his CV would appear to indicate that he may have an interest in how this turns out (he has connections with HCA and I'm assuming that is the Hospital Corporation of America). And therein lies the problem - as with all these sort of issues, where do you find someone to tell the story in an unbiased way?

Regardless, there's a leap of faith here that much of America simply can't make. ObamaCare states that the US government can do ALL three of these simulataneously:

1. Reduce costs

2. Not ration care

3. Insure an additional 40+ million people

Uh-huh.

John, I assume that everyone has a bias, including me. As you and he point out, it's terribly complex. And, it's hard to find someone to tell the story in an unbiased way.

Health care is already rationed, and will always be rationed since resources are not unlimited. The question is who will make the decisions about what health care is provided to whom. See the health care reform article recently added to the above web site: { Link }

The answer to the bias mentioned in previous post is a balanced approach.
